We are confident that you will be pleased with each product that you order from us. However, should you need to return an item to us, you must do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of purchase (as per courier’s proof of delivery date) as long as the item has been unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Prior to returning an item you must notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following details:

Reason for return
We will then provide you with a returns approval code. Please ensure you include this code when returning your item. Refunds or exchanges are unable to be processed without the returns approval code. Please remember to include your name, address and contact phone number with your return.
NB: No returns are accepted prior to VOYA NZ giving written approval.
Provided the goods are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition, a refund or exchange voucher will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made the payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
The value of the product will be refunded only, not the freight portion. The customer is responsible for the return freight cost of any items back to VOYA NZ and must ensure that they are well packaged. Refunds will not be granted if returned items arrive damaged due to poor packaging. We recommend that customers get a ‘proof of return’ from their courier to guarantee the package’s safe return to us. Regrettably, we can take no responsibility for returned products lost in transit and, understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with the returns policy. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error).
Please note we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
After 14 days, the item is yours to keep so we strongly advise all customers check their goods thoroughly upon delivery.
